Amy Homan DePoy, OT/L, CAPS
Owner / Director
Amy Homan DePoy, the company founder, is a licensed Occupational Therapist with 26 years experience working in various rehabilitation settings and working with a wide range of diagnoses and challenges affecting everyday living.
Additionally, Amy has pursued more comprehensive training in wheelchair seating and positioning, neurologic deficits such as stroke, brain injury and Alzheimer’s/Dementia, as well as issues related to Home Health. She has been a Certified Trainer through the Positive Approach to Care philosophy with renowned dementia expert Teepa Snow and has held the Certified Aging In Place Specialist (CAPS) credential awarded by the National Association of Home Builders.
Amy is a member of AOTA, and is a past board member of Brain Injury Connections of the Shenandoah Valley. She is the blessed mother of two daughters, is from the great state of West Virginia, and happily calls Rockingham County home.
